Remote Mental Health Therapist LPC/LCSW

Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, while ensuring timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms. Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists. The role emphasizes growth, supervision opportunities, and a commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. The base compensation is described as a range per billable unit; actual compensation may vary based on licensure and market factors. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by time of hire
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
