Remote Mental Health Therapist LPC/LCSW

Job Summary
Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to provide holistic mental health care. This role offers leadership and supervision opportunities and emphasizes ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and client rapport. Requirements include a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and a current active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) with eligibility for licensure by hire (PA or eligible). Required Qualifications
