Job Summary
Provide virtual therapy sessions for a scheduled caseload, conducting intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing care planning. Track progress toward goals to adjust treatment plans as needed, while completing clinical documentation in the EHR with accuracy and timeliness. Follow safety and risk protocols, including required reporting procedures, and maintain confidentiality in adherence to professional and licensing standards. This role offers Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM hours with 2 weeks PTO, health insurance, and a 401K plan with a 3% company match.
Required Qualifications
- Active Louisiana license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
- Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic documentation
- Reliable internet connection and private home office setup
