Job Summary
Facilitate individual and family counseling sessions online while developing and monitoring treatment strategies. Document services in line with state standards and adjust clinical methods based on client progress and outcomes. Maintain active communication with clients to guide them through personal challenges and contribute to improved outcomes for individuals and families. This full-time role offers a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule from Monday to Friday with a salary of $115,000 to $120,000 annually. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and an active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) with at least two years of therapy experience. The team provides health, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
