Job Summary
Remote Mental Health LCSW at Rula: contracted, 1099 clinician licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) to provide telehealth therapy sessions. Flexible schedule with complete autonomy over client load and availability; compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit payments and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, credentialing support to expedite enrollment with insurance partners, handling private-practice-level responsibilities while Rula manages billing, claims, EHR, and related admin, and maintaining telehealth practice. Must be licensed in WA, have a valid NPI, and be able to provide telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
