Job Summary
Provide telehealth psychotherapy as a licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC contractor within the Rula network in Washington. Clinicians have schedule autonomy, must be credentialed quickly, and will deliver high-quality client care with admin/billing handled by Rula. Responsibilities include conducting sessions (53-minute LMHC session rate of $80 per hour), maintaining notes, and coordinating with insurance partners; offers include flexible client referrals, private-practice-like independence, dedicated support, and ongoing professional development. Requires WA licensure, ability to provide telehealth, and 1099 contract arrangement. Location notes reflect remote work accommodations in WA with Philadelphia, PA as an additional remote-labeled site.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
