Remote Mental Health LCSW

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Join as a 1099 contractor to deliver behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth. You’ll have credentialing assistance, complete scheduling autonomy, and dedicated insurance/billing support so you can focus on client care. Responsibilities include providing therapy sessions within your licensed scope, maintaining notes, and collaborating with the Rula team to ensure quality care. The role requires WA licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC), valid NPI, ability to provide telehealth, and remaining eligible to practice remotely. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit payments and claim-denial protections; you’ll manage your own client load and schedule. Location flexibility via telehealth; remote work with WA (and CO) as indicated by listed remote-ready entries.
