Remote Mental Health LCSW

Telehealth-specific contractor role for licensed mental health providers in the Rula network. Providers must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licensure, be licensed in Washington, and can operate as 1099 contractors with autonomy over scheduling and client load. Responsibilities include delivering counseling remotely, coordinating with a team, credentialing support, handling insurance/billing/claims through Rula, maintaining EHR notes, and providing high-quality clinical care to individuals, couples, and families. The employer handles marketing and administrative tasks; clinicians focus on delivering therapy while benefiting from guaranteed payment timelines and provider referrals. No minimum caseloads; complete schedule autonomy and scalable practice support are provided. Location flexibility via telehealth with licensure constraints; compensation is per hourly session (53 minutes) at $80/hour.
