Job Summary
Expand our network of licensed providers in Washington as a Remote, contract-based LMFT/LICSW/LMHC. 1099 contractors deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families with complete schedule autonomy while Rula handles credentialing, insurance enrollment, billing, claims, EHR, and other administrative tasks. Providers decide how many clients to see and when, with best-fit client referrals and dedicated support. Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, maintaining clinical notes, and collaborating within a private-practice-like framework. The role emphasizes private-practice independence, telehealth delivery, ongoing credentialing support, insurance processing, and access to a therapist community, professional development CEU resources, and a robust clinical quality program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
