Remote Mental Health LCSW

Remote Mental Health LCSW role with 1099 contracting arrangement in Washington. Requires licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC; valid NPI; ability to provide telehealth; work remotely with flexible scheduling and admin support handled by company. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53-minute sessions) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for noshows and denials. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality behavioral health care through a national provider network, credentialing support to enable rapid enrollment with insurance partners, and remote patient care across individuals, couples, and families. The role includes private-practice-like autonomy, insurance handling by the company, and access to clinical learning resources, CEU courses, and a supportive therapist community.
