Job Summary
Remote Medical Assistant role supporting providers and patients across the post-acute care continuum. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care and provider communication, managing provider schedules, serving as a liaison between hospitals, providers, and primary care offices, communicating with patients and facilities, handling calls, reviewing charts, updating EMR, processing orders, generating and reviewing billing/operational reports, and collaborating with the Operations Team. Must be based in Florida with remote work, 1+ year healthcare/medical office experience, proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office; CMA and BLS certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required
