Job Summary
Produce expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions in market research and data analytics that meet the pod's quality bar. Design realistic task scenarios involving research methodology, survey creation, data analysis, and insights synthesis. Apply rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME Lead, then work under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback and iterate on task designs. Verify that all created tasks and datasets are technically accurate, practically realistic, and solvable using standard research tools. Ensure consistent alignment with project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and milestone deadlines. This 9-week contractor engagement requires at least 4 hours daily with 4 hours of PST overlap.
Required Qualifications
- ~3–8 years of hands-on experience in market research, marketing analytics, or consumer insights
- Demonstrated experience in survey design, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and market research methodologies
- Proven ability to produce professional deliverables such as research design plans, survey instruments, data analysis reports, and consumer insight decks
- Ability to evaluate nuanced data, analyze market trends, and identify methodological strengths and weaknesses
- Strong ability to review task scenarios and datasets to ensure technical accuracy and practical realism
- Excellent written communication skills for writing clear prompts, realistic business scenarios, and structured rubrics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, incorporate calibration feedback, and iterate under senior review
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field
- at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST
