Job Summary
Provide full-service legal counsel to condominium, townhouse, stock cooperative, and planned development HOA boards of directors and their community managers. Handle litigation matters including real estate disputes, construction defect cases, creditor-side bankruptcy, and judgment collections. Draft and review transactional documents including corporate governance opinions, board resolutions, articles of incorporation, by-laws, and real estate documents. Advise clients on Davis-Stirling Act compliance, CCR interpretation, and community association governance issues. Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and manage your own caseload independently. Contribute to firm marketing efforts including writing articles for publication and presenting at industry events. Work closely with the founding partners and support staff to deliver outstanding results for HOA clients.
Required Qualifications

- 3-7 years of litigation and/or transactional experience
