Job Summary
Meet with clients to discuss travel interests, vacation goals, and preferred budgets. Research destinations, resorts, cruise vacations, hotels, tours, and travel experiences. Develop personalized recommendations based on client preferences. Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions. Explain travel options, pricing, promotions, and itinerary details. Communicate with clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms. Partner with travel suppliers to arrange reservations and confirm booking information. Review itineraries and documentation to ensure accuracy. Maintain organized client files and reservation records. Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry updates. Deliver professional, responsive support throughout the client's travel planning journey.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, consulting, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers, online software, and digital communication tools
- Strong attention to detail with effective critical-thinking skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
