Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed therapists (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) join Rula to provide telehealth and in-person services across individuals, couples, and families. You’ll operate with schedule autonomy, supported by a team handling credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, allowing you to focus on clinical care. The role supports both telehealth and in-person sessions (providers arrange their own office space for in-person care). You’ll follow shared quality standards, engage clients around clinical measures, review outcomes, and utilize provided tools and guidance to maintain high-quality care. You’ll join a nationwide network of providers with access to case consultations, office hours, CEU podcast courses, and robust clinical learning opportunities.
