Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Provide licensed clinical therapy as a LMFT/LCSW/LPC with California licensure, delivering telehealth or in-person sessions for individuals, couples, and families. Maintain schedule autonomy, leverage admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, and EHR, and offer flexible work arrangements with providers arranging their own office space for in-person care. Adhere to shared standards of care, use a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes, engage clients around clinical measures, and participate in ongoing clinical learning through case consultations, CEU resources, and national provider collaboration. The role emphasizes high-quality behavioral health support, evidence-based practices, and proactive client outcomes, within a nationwide provider network and supportive infrastructure.
