Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Remote Licensed LMFT role offering telehealth and in-person sessions with a nationwide provider network. You’ll have schedule autonomy, credentialing and administrative support handled by the company, and tools to track outcomes through a measurement-informed approach. Work includes providing licensed clinical services to individuals, couples, and families, guided by shared standards of care, with access to case consultations, CEU courses, and robust clinical learning opportunities. Location is Spokane, WA (US) with hybrid work arrangement to accommodate telehealth and in-person care; license required in California and ability to practice across remote/in-person settings. Responsibilities include delivering client-centered therapy, maintaining EHR and billing workflows, engaging in ongoing clinical measures, and participating in a supportive national community of providers.
