Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for WA—contractor role in Rula's telehealth network. Deliver clinical services to individuals, couples, and families with scheduling autonomy, while Rula handles insurance billing, EHR, claims, and admin. Requires active licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington, valid NPI, and ability to provide telehealth. Engage in credentialing assistance to see clients quickly, craft a provider profile, and collaborate with a growing therapist community. Receives compensation as LMHC hourly sessions (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposits and guaranteed payment for no-shows/late cancellations. Opportunity to work remotely with private-practice support, case consultation, office hours, and ongoing CEU options through Rula’s clinical quality program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
