Job Summary
Remote LICSW contract opportunity with Rula’s telehealth behavioral health network. 1099 contractors provide client care across Washington with complete schedule autonomy while administrative burdens (billing, claims, EHR, insurance enrollment) are handled by Rula. Candidates must hold a WA license (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC), be able to deliver telehealth, and participate in credentialing support to see clients. The role emphasizes private-practice-style autonomy, access to best-fit referrals, and ongoing clinical development resources, including CEU courses. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
