Job Summary
Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) contractor for Rula. Provide telehealth psychotherapy to clients in Washington within a network of licensed clinicians. 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload. Compensation $80 per hourly session (53-minute sessions) with guaranteed payout every two weeks. Company handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks; you focus on client care. Credentialing support to enroll with insurance partners; private-practice-like collaboration with access to dedicated support, case consultation, and ongoing CEU opportunities. Eligible clinicians must be licensed in WA (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC), possess a valid NPI, and be able to provide telehealth. Remote work arrangement is available.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
