Job Summary
Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual, family, or group psychotherapy via telehealth to a diverse client panel. Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, DSM-5 diagnoses, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed). Maintain timely clinical documentation in an EHR, conduct risk/crisis assessments, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and primary care providers. Work independently in a remote setting with opportunities for case consultations, trainings, and ongoing professional development; requires strong therapeutic relationships, cultural humility, and adaptability to telehealth tools. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
- Licensed in good standing to practice as an LCSW
- ability to provide psychotherapy via telehealth
- experience with DSM-5 criteria and treatment planning
- familiarity with HIPAA and privacy regulations
- proficiency with electronic health record systems
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- capable of conducting risk assessments and crisis management
- CBT/DBT/ACT or trauma-informed care proficiency
