Remote Legal Customer Service Representative – Retainer Specialist. Fully remote, work-from-home position earning $18/hour with uncapped monthly bonuses after 60 days, and a benefits package. Role involves guiding potential clients seeking social security and veterans disability benefits through the representation forms process, obtaining signatures to enable representation, handling inbound/outbound calls via auto dialer, explaining documents, and assisting clients with electronic signatures via text and email. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm EST. Requires persuasive communication, tech-savvy aptitude for explaining e-signatures, ability to handle high call volumes, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and independent work capability. Remote work requires a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet; candidates must reside in the United States in one of the allowed states. Prior experience in high-volume sales/call center and auto dialer use is required; bilingual ability is preferred.
Required Qualifications
