Job Summary
Support the technical maintenance and development of the SAP SuccessFactors HR landscape, focusing on Employee Central and integration technologies. Collaborate on analyzing, documenting, and managing interfaces with connected systems while assisting in the creation and maintenance of integration scenarios within SAP Cloud Integration. Contribute to requirement management, process optimization, and the implementation of HR processes under existing architectural and security guidelines. Work closely with the IT-HR team, HR business partners, and external vendors on both project-based tasks and daily operations. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Beschäftigung
