Job Summary
Conduct video and text consultations with prospective clients to evaluate their needs and recommend appropriate legal services. Build trust through a consultative sales approach by clearly explaining retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding procedures before processing client payments via approved methods. Maintain accurate notes within the firm's CRM and follow established intake protocols while managing high volumes of follow-up calls and meetings. Collaborate with Sales Leads and Case Analysts to ensure seamless client experiences and consistently meet weekly and monthly conversion goals. This full-time, remote position in PST hours includes a rotating schedule with weekends and offers a base salary of $2,000 USD monthly plus performance bonuses.
