Travel to your assigned territory to meet farmers and small business owners, educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using the company’s proven 10-step sales system. Leverage AI-driven training and mentorship to sharpen presentation and closing skills, work within a collaborative, team-based culture, and pursue high earnings through a commission-based structure with no salary cap. The role emphasizes in-person, face-to-face customer engagements Monday–Thursday, with weekends free and overnight travel as needed. 18+ years old. Four-day workweek and travel incentives are part of the program, along with ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service teams.
