Job Summary
Travel to your territory each week to meet farmers and small business owners and families, educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions, and close sales using the company’s 10-step sales system. Work Monday–Thursday with weekends off, supported by AI-driven training, mentorship, and back-office resources. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, plus bonuses, renewal income, and travel incentives. The position emphasizes relationship-building, in-person presentations, and collaboration within a team-based culture, with ongoing opportunities for advancement and company-sponsored trips and events.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- willing to travel Monday–Thursday
- ability to travel overnight
- commission-based sales experience (preferred)
