Remote Insurance Sales role with Platinum Supplemental Insurance. Travel Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners, then enjoy weekends off, in a 4-day workweek. This commission-based position offers uncapped earnings, with many reps earning $75,000+ in their first year and top performers surpassing $100,000. You will learn and apply Platinum’s proven 10-step sales system supported by AI-driven training, marketing, recruiting, back-office support, and customer service. Day-to-day includes traveling to your territory to educate prospects about supplemental insurance solutions, delivering compelling presentations, building trust, and closing sales within a team-based, collaborative culture. Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to travel to assigned territories (overnight travel Monday–Thursday), and a motivated, ambitious mindset.
