Travel to territory: meet farmers, small business owners, and families face-to-face to build trust and educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a proven 10-step sales process supported by AI-driven training and mentorship to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. Work within a team-based culture that emphasizes collaboration, ongoing coaching, and performance-driven rewards. Enjoy a four-day workweek with weekends off, uncapped earning potential through commissions, and incentives such as quarterly vacations and travel opportunities. Must be 18+ and comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday.
