Job Summary
Remote Insurance Sales role with a four-day workweek in the US. Travel Monday–Thursday to meet with farmers and small business owners to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions; follow a proven 10-step sales process and leverage AI-driven training to close deals. The position offers uncapped commissions, potential earnings of $75k+ in the first year (top performers >$100k), ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service, generous bonuses, renewal income, luxury travel incentives, quarterly vacations, and weekends off. Emphasis on building relationships, high earning potential with no salary cap, and a team-based culture with mentorship and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include traveling to your territory, delivering compelling presentations, identifying prospects, and closing sales using the 10-step process; training and mentorship through AI-driven tools. Must be 18+ and willing to travel extensively Monday–Thursday.
