Job Summary
Sell Platinum Supplemental Insurance to farmers, small business owners, and families in your assigned territory using Platinum’s proven 10-step sales system. Travel Monday–Thursday to meet potential customers, educate them on supplemental insurance solutions, and close deals with face-to-face presentations. You’ll operate in a team-based culture, benefit from AI-driven training and ongoing coaching, and earn through commissions with no salary cap, plus bonuses and renewal income. The role emphasizes in-territory travel, relationship-building, and high earning potential with weekend time off due to the four-day workweek and out-of-office travel schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- willing to travel Monday–Thursday
- commission-based selling experience preferred
- ability to meet with customers face-to-face in assigned territory
