Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) in person and educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a structured 10-step sales process backed by AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close more sales. Work within a team-based culture that emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, continuous learning, and rewards top performers with bonuses, renewal income, and travel incentives. Enjoy a four-day workweek with weekends off, the ability to earn uncapped commissions, and ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service teams.
