Job Summary
Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions for complex insurance and financial services cases. Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to analyze and evaluate intricate factual and legal issues. Contribute to trial and arbitration preparation by drafting motions, briefs, exhibits, and conducting witness preparation. This role requires active California Bar membership and three to five years of litigation experience, with candidates in the Los Angeles area encouraged to apply. The position offers a base salary of $140,000 to $220,000 plus a performance-based bonus, with reasonable billable-hour targets and remote or hybrid flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of litigation experience
