Remote Insurance Field Sales Agent role involves traveling in Ada, MN to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. You’ll follow a proven 10-step sales process and benefit from AI-based training and mentorship to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. The position emphasizes a four-day workweek, weekends off, and a commission-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential. You’ll work within a team-based, high-menergy culture with marketing, recruiting, back-office support, and customer service provided by Platinum, plus opportunities for advancement and travel incentives. Required attributes include clear communication, willingness to travel Monday–Thursday, and being 18+ years old; experience with in-person sales and relationship-building is valued. Existing travel and in-field client interactions are central to the day-to-day duties.
