Job Summary
Remote Insurance Field Sales Agent responsible for meeting potential customers in the assigned territory (farmers, small business owners, and families) to educate them about supplemental insurance solutions. Utilize Platinum’s 10-step sales process and AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. Travel Monday–Thursday to visit customers; work within a team-based culture, with weekends off. Benefits include uncapped earning potential, ongoing support, annual renewal income, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement; overnight travel may be required. Must be 18+ and capable of traveling as part of a four-day workweek; no base salary cap, with earnings governed by performance and commissions.
