Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions; follow the 10-step sales process and leverage AI-driven training for faster, more confident sales; commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and bonuses, plus support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service; work a four-day schedule (Monday–Thursday) with weekends free and opportunities for advancement, leadership roles, and company events. Must be comfortable with overnight travel and be willing to collaborate within a team-based culture.
