Job Summary
Manage window and door replacement projects from technical measure through installation, coordinating with sales and installation crews, providing remote capability for measurements via technology, ensuring the scope of work aligns with pricing and contract documents, and delivering homeowner delight. Responsibilities include accurately measuring dimensions, preparing and submitting complete job files, guiding installation labor needs, troubleshooting on site, communicating details to crews, supporting sales reps to define project scope, and ensuring timely handoffs to internal customers while adhering to budget and quality standards. Requires strong problem-solving, building-code knowledge, customer service, and collaborative communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in home improvement or related field
- Valid Driver’s license
- Previous experience as an RbA IPM or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques
- Ability to work in a team environment
