Job Summary
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines using Google Sheets, implementing automation for status updates and reminders. Serve as the communication hub for cross-functional teams, organizing kickoff meetings, milestone check-ins, and post-project evaluations to ensure alignment. Support marketing initiatives by managing HubSpot for email campaigns and CRM functions while collaborating with creative teams to align technical and artistic elements. Continuously optimize workflows by analyzing data insights to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in productivity and resource allocation. Provide weekly or monthly updates to leadership highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations based on integrated metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in project management
- Strong focus on Google Sheets for project tracking and deadline management
- Strong grasp of marketing technology
- Ability to work on the creative side of marketing projects
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science
- knowledge in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing
