Job Summary
Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, using product knowledge to answer questions and recommend suitable services. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively while managing accounts and processing orders accurately. Research internal systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed. Protect customer privacy by handling confidential information responsibly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. Stay current by attending training sessions and reviewing updated materials. Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to your work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up
- A customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
