Job Summary
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions in the system and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service all from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace

- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
