Job Summary

Remote Client Partner role focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and development for Cordova's talent solutions. Represent Cordova to clients seeking top talent; build and nurture client/candidate relationships to enable successful placements. Responsibilities include prospecting via networking, cold-calling, industry research, social media, and technology utilization to generate new business; develop technology leader relationships within accounts; translate client/prospect feedback into strategies to meet talent needs; prepare accurate sales forecasts and account status reports; participate in contract negotiations; develop technology expertise; lead sophisticated negotiations to achieve win-win results. Requires 2 years of industry experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong business acumen and executive presentation skills, ability to build trusted advisor relationships, negotiation skills, awareness of buying signals, and search-firm sales experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
