Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver these plans, while conducting meal rounds, completing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus as needed. Perform necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Maintain quality standards and ensure state licensure guidelines are met. This role offers development opportunities within a supportive network of dietitians serving nationwide facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
- facility vaccination requirements if onsite visits are required
