Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and support to residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend care meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This remote hybrid role requires onsite visit capabilities depending on client specifications and offers development opportunities within a supportive network of dietitians serving Long Term Care facilities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
