Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems and delivering personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to complete necessary assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend care progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship required, with full home office setup and state licensure. Salaries start at $55,000 for remote or $70,000 for hybrid positions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
