Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by developing personalized nutrition plans and conducting meal rounds as needed. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to address nutrition-related health problems while completing clinical assessments, charting in the EMR system, and attending care progress meetings. Maintain quality standards through sanitation audits and dietary menu sign-offs. Requires one year of Long Term Care experience post-internship, CDR registration, and full remote or hybrid setup.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
- facility vaccination requirements if onsite visits are required
