Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver care, complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend progress meetings. Conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role requires a Registered Dietitian with at least one year of long-term care experience post-internship and full home office setup. Salaries range from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on remote or hybrid status, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and continuing education credits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet
- Must have a designated working area without distractions
- Must have a computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
