Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing their nutritional health problems and delivering personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to complete necessary assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend resident care meetings. Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. This role requires a Registered Dietitian with at least one year of post-internship experience in long-term care, full state licensure, and a fully equipped home office for remote work. Salaries range from $55,000 to $70,000 depending on remote or hybrid status, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and continuing education credits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
