Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized nutrition plans and meal rounds. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver care, while completing necessary clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attending meetings to discuss resident progress. Maintain quality standards by conducting sanitation audits and signing off on dietary menus as needed. This role requires a Registered Dietitian with at least one year of long-term care experience post-internship, holding CDR registration and state licensure. Positions are remote or hybrid with onsite visit requirements depending on client specifications, and candidates must have a full home office setup with high-speed internet.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet
- Must have a designated working area without distractions
- Must have a computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
