Job Summary
Deliver personalized nutrition plans and address clinical nutrition treatment for residents in long-term care facilities. Provide compassionate care, conduct meal rounds, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with facility clinical teams, complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Ensure state licensure guidelines and vaccination requirements are met for onsite visits. Remote positions require a full home office with high-speed internet and a designated working area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum on year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
