Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to Long Term Care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver these services, while conducting meal rounds, performing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus as needed. Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Ensure state licensure guidelines and facility vaccination requirements are met, with onsite visit specifics depending on client needs. This role offers development opportunities within a supportive network of dietitians serving nationwide facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
