Job Summary
Provide compassionate clinical nutrition treatment to long-term care residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through personalized care plans. Collaborate with facility clinical teams to deliver these plans, while conducting meal rounds, completing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus as needed. Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with state licensure and facility vaccination requirements. This role offers remote or hybrid flexibility with onsite visit options depending on client specifications, supporting a supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in long term care post dietetic internship
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must have a full home office including high speed internet, a designated working area without distractions and computer to work remotely
- State licensure guidelines must be met
